Mr. Roy is also tech-savvy with aptitude and experience in adopting modern methodologies and innovative techniques to boost work efficiency and proficient in inducing swift project ramp-up to ensure committed project delivery with strict compliance to world-class quality systems and procedures. He has been leading and overseeing customer success in the following domains: front and backend solution architecture, development and release management strategies, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs. He focuses on solving business problems using the suite of products from salesforce and utilizes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Enterprise Platform and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) to its best.
